Elope with Jo provides professional elopement photography services. Service offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Booking a session or event requires acceptance of a separate photography agreement outlining specific terms regarding payments, deliverables, and cancellations.

2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to photographs, text, logos, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Elope with Jo or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.

Booking of photography services is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer fee (unless otherwise stated). Full payment terms and conditions, including rescheduling and cancellation policies, will be detailed in your individual client contract. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elope with Jo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Site or our Services. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
